Tokens measure AI work
A token is a small unit of text processed by the AI. Input and output both count. Website and document analysis also use the monthly allowance, so the token balance is not a guaranteed number of visitor chats.
One account, shared allowances
Monthly AI tokens and team seats are shared across your account's workspaces. Page and document limits apply separately to each workspace. Assigning one person to several workspaces still uses one team seat.

Is the token allowance per workspace?
Monthly AI tokens are shared across all workspaces in the account. Website and document analysis, AI input, and AI output use that allowance. Page and document limits are per workspace.
How many conversations does a token allowance cover?
There is no fixed conversion from tokens to conversations. Longer questions, longer replies, more context, and source analysis use more tokens. Choose a tier using your actual usage rather than assuming a guaranteed number of chats.
