## 1. Try your public website

Enter your website URL without signing up. The demo captures up to four eligible public pages and gives you up to ten AI replies. The landing-page image is a static preview; the chat bubble is interactive.

## 2. Create your account and workspace

Sign in with the email verification flow and add your website. A workspace keeps that website's sources, settings, conversations, and assigned people together.

## 3. Review and approve the knowledge

Check the drafted business overview and page summaries. Correct outdated details, exclude pages you do not want used, and approve the overview plus at least one included page before publishing.

## 4. Test real customer questions

Use the Live simulator to ask about your services, policies, and common edge cases. Check the linked sources. If an answer is missing, improve and approve the knowledge before relying on it with visitors.

## 5. Customize, install, and publish

Set the greeting and appearance, add your exact allowed website origins, and copy the installation snippet into your site. Complete the publishing checks, then verify the widget on the actual customer-facing website.

## 6. Review conversations and improve

Follow up on handoffs and leads, then review unanswered questions for gaps. When your website changes, review refreshed drafts and approve the information you want the assistant to use.

## The no-signup demo

Up to four public pages and ten AI replies. Use it to explore a few customer questions against a snapshot of your website. It is a preview, not a published assistant.

## Your managed workspace

Review sources, approve knowledge, test the assistant, set allowed origins, and publish your widget. Conversations and follow-up live in the dashboard, with allowances determined by your plan.

## Before you publish

- Your business overview and at least one included page are approved.
- Important policies and common questions have been tested in the simulator.
- The installed site matches an allowed origin, including https and www where applicable.
- Someone on your team knows how to review handoffs and follow up on leads.
