## One website per workspace

A workspace groups one website with its knowledge, widget, conversations, and leads. Select the right workspace before editing settings or replying to visitors.

Workspace and team allowances follow the workspace owner's account membership. Monthly AI tokens and team seats are shared across the account's workspaces.

Each website has its own workspace card. Select a workspace to manage its knowledge, conversations, and assigned team.

## Give people the access they need

1. Owner and Admin: manage assigned people, approve knowledge, and publish the assistant.
2. Member: edit drafts, customize the widget, and work with conversations and leads.
3. Viewer: read workspace information without editing it.

## Invite and assign teammates

Use Workspaces & team in the account menu to manage team access. Invitations go to the person's email and require acceptance within 14 days. Pending invitations reserve a team seat.

Team seats count unique people and pending invited emails across the owner's workspaces, excluding the owner. Assigning the same person to several workspaces uses one seat. People can access only their assigned workspaces.

## Check your account allowances

Free and Starter allow one workspace with no team members. Pro allows ten workspaces and ten team members across the account; Business allows fifty of each.

See Pricing for the planned tiers and Membership in the dashboard for your account. Sandbox checkout is available for testing in the app; live payments are not enabled, and the pricing page is a preview.
